FAQ/STORE POLICIES
Refunds:
There are no refunds for any service, package, treatment. Unopened products in original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 6 days for store credit when accompanied with a receipt.
Reservations/Walk Ins:
Beauty and Beyond accepts walk ins and can automatically provide services for clients if there are no prior reservations or no clients that are being catered to.
However, to prevent waiting, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance as possible to ensure availability of your preferred therapists. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.
Reservation starts at 1PM, Philippine Time, daily and ends 1 hour prior to closing time.
Check In:
If you are a first time client, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. This will allow ample time for a skin consultation necessary to customize to your personal needs, and to complete your patient information card before your service.
Before each service, Beauty and Beyond also requires clients to sign a pre-treatment information sheet to inform the client everything about the treatment they will be availing.
Late Arrivals:
We usually allow a maximum of 15 minutes before considering a no-show. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service and can only be catered to if there are no existing reservations.
Cancellations:
We highly recommend 24 hours advance notice in order to cancel or change any service with no charge.
Gift Certificates:
All gift certificates must be mentioned and approved prior to making your appointment and prior to getting your service.
Promotions/Packages and your service Treatment Card:
Beauty and Beyond promotions and packages cannot be used or combined with any other offer, promotion, or promotional gift certificate.
Packages and promotional packages are non-transferable unless states. Each treatment/package availed will entitle you with a treatment card with your name written on the card and validated by Beauty and Beyond and a second copy will be noted in your patient information card. We require that your treatment card be brought whenever you avail your treatment as we have a No Treatment card. No Service policy.
Cell Phones:
We ask that you please mute cell phones during your visit. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in our treatment area.
Health Conditions:
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy or special needs that may affect your services.
Cleanliness:
For your safety and health we are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. All equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.
Gratuities:
All services do not include gratuity but a cash gratuity of each service price is appropriate and appreciated. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
Payment:
All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. Any gift certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.
